📦 Orders & Shipping

We currently ship to the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not ship there at this time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Typical delivery estimates:

• European Union: 7–10 business days

• Switzerland: 7–10 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped (when available).

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

💰 Taxes, VAT & Customs

Yes. Prices include VAT where applicable, in accordance with local regulations.

Depending on your country and order value, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

• For EU customers, orders above €150 may be subject to customs duties

If customs duties or import taxes are refused:

• The shipment may be returned or abandoned

• The order may not be eligible for a full refund

• Shipping and handling costs may be deducted

• If the item is not returned, no refund will be issued

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU, UK, and Swiss consumer laws.

Items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition

• With tags and original packaging

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
