Simply enter your order number and the email address used at checkout, then follow the instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Proof of Return

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Customers must keep the proof of return and tracking information until the returned item has been received and processed by Igneet Culture.

Igneet Culture cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping without valid proof of shipment.

8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Refusal to Pay Customs Duties & Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by local authorities, the shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier.

In such cases:

• The order may not be eligible for a full refund

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs and additional handling fees may be deducted from any refund

• If the item is not returned to us, no refund will be issued
