Switzerland 

European Union (EU)

United Kingdom

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not ship there at this time.



2. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

Processing time does not include shipping time

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).



3. Estimated Delivery Times


Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance.

Typical delivery estimates:

 Switzerland: 1–2 business days

European Union (EU): 4–5 business days

United Kingdom (UK): 4–5 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery times.



4. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping fees:

Are added separately to the product price

Are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law

All products displayed on our website include VAT for Switzerland.

For our international customers: Currently, shipments outside Switzerland may be subject to local import duties and taxes. 

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and vary by destination.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear, as delays may occur depending on the carrier.

Failure to claim the shipment

Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes

The order may not be eligible for a refund.
